Beth Foulds, Education & Programs Manager at the Briscoe Museum, will discuss the history of message delivery in the West. Buffalo Bill, Wyatt Earp, and One-Eyed Charley were legendary figures that delivered letters via stagecoaches and the Pony Express. Free parking after 5 p.m. in City-owned parking garages, lots and meters as part of Downtown Tuesday.
